I can't say enough good things about Fermin. He is responsive, timely, and does great work. When we're not sure what we want, he is patient and waits for us to decide. When we run into an issue, he helps us figure it out. We haven't had the greatest luck with contractors in the past and I'm so thankful to have found Fermin. He is a professional and doesn't overcharge you. We will absolutely request his services for additional projects in the future.
